So, you want to know where the tunes are? We highly encourage you to pick up a copy of the Desert Exposure. This free monthly publication does an excellent job of listing music and other local events. You'll find a copy at most newspaper stands around town or go here Desert Exposure. From the home page click on the 40 Days & 40 Nights link for the calender of events.
For another online resource for local event information check out the Community Calender. You can use this on line forum to post an event, help schedule a date, or just check out what's going on.
Silver Web Radio offers online streaming audio, an index of Silver's best performers, and external links to musician's websites. If you haven't visited this site already, you'll find it's a great resource that's will worth checking out.
For those inclined to just stroll around its not hard to find music here. The Twisted Vine wine bar usually hosts on the weekends, as does Isaac's Bar and Grill. The Flame can usually be counted on for hot DJ sounds, and the Drifter often entertains with a variety of live bands. Also check out the Silver City Brewing Company for live music on their outdoor patio. The newly opened Silco Theater is now providing a community oriented music venue, check out their website here and click on their calender link for upcoming events. The Buffalo Bar and Dance Hall host live events infrequently but when they do they're usually worth going. Periodically Dos Baristas Coffee Gallery hosts the now famous Yankee Street Dances. These are will worth attending. Penny Park frequently offers their open air theater for free or low cost dance concerts as well, check out their site here and click on Upcoming Events.
